Government Funded Childcare
From September 2025, all working parents of children from the age of 9 months until school age are entitled to 30 Government funded hours per week (term-time). We do not offer term-time only childcare, so we spread these 30 hours out over the year. As Government funding does not include the cost of food, you have the option to pay a small surcharge for food (£5 per day), or, you can provide your own. For all privately funded childcare places, food is included in the daily rate. For more details on Government funding and how to apply for your code, please visit Childcare Choices
You will receive an itemised invoice 1 week before 1st of every month, for it to be paid by 1st of every month for that month of childcare. We also send you termly breakdowns of potential costings so you know what to expect to pay each month.

Deposits and retainers
For new children, a deposit of 2 weeks worth of your child's days with be required to secure your Childs space. This deposit is returned to you by being taken off your invoice(s) when your child starts. If your child does not start as planned, the deposit is non-refundable.

-
Deposit for a child attending 1 day per week: £99
-
Deposit for a child attending 2 days per week: £198
-
Deposit for a child attending 3 days per week: £297
-
Deposit for a child attending 4 days per week: £396

For those that wish to secure a space for a period of time from when it is available, we take a retainer fee (non-refundable unless the space becomes unavailable) at £25 per month. This guarentees you the space for when you wish for your child to start.

Holidays
If the setting is closed (ie. Bank Holidays or planned holidays), you will not be charged. If you take your child out when we are open (eg. sickness or a holiday), you will still be charged as you are paying for the space, whether your child is there or not. You are still able to claim Government funding for sickness, and a holiday (if you give more than 4 weeks notice).

Extra's
As explained above, for funded childcare, you have the option to pay a small food surcharge (£5 per day) or provide your child with their own food (breakfast, lunch, tea & snacks).
You are expected to provide formula milk, nappies and wipes (if appropriate) as these are not included in daily charges. Cows whole milk can be provided free of charge if required.

From time-to-time, we may plan special trips like days out. If they cost more than £10, you will be asked to fund this. You will be given plenty of notice of these planned events. Normal day-to-day outings under £10 are not charged extra.

Fee's are reviewed every year to ensure we are in line with inflation and rising/lowering costs.
