IMPORTANT- PLEASE READ:

There are certain steps to take to be able to register online:

• Step 1- Contact us to arrange a visit (face-to-face or virtually). The Childminder will then confirm that you can register following the meet. 

​

• Step 2- Pay your deposit to secure the space (scroll down for bank transfer details)

​

• Step 3- Read through our 'Safeguarding Policy', 'Complaints Policy' and 'Data Protection Policy' (you will be asked to confirm that you have read them when registering)

​

• Step 4- Complete the 'Registration & Contract' form​

​

 Once we receive your deposit and completed registration & contract form, your child's space is deemed secure. We will email you a welcome pack, including a receipt of your deposit paid, within 48 hours.

If we do not receive the deposit with the form, your registration will be deemed void. It is best to pay the deposit first as this is the only way to formally secure the space whilst you complete the forms.

Th registration process is quite lengthy as we really want to get to know you, your child and their family. There are also some legal bits that we need to go through too!

​You will also be asked to upload a photo of your child's birth certificate and a current photo of your child, so please have these handy.

​
